1. What we collect

We do not collect payment card details on this website.
2. How it is sent and kept
- This website does not store your details. When you submit a form, WhatsApp opens with your details typed in, and nothing is sent until you press Send.
- A copy of your booking slip is saved only in your own phone's browser ("My Bookings") so you can see it again. We cannot see it. You can remove it any time from My Bookings, or by clearing your browser data.
- Messages you send are kept in our business WhatsApp account and seen only by authorised staff of Sreerama Pooja Center. WhatsApp handles them under its own privacy policy.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not use them for unrelated advertising.
3. What is shown publicly (poojaris)
A poojari profile is published on the website only after we verify and approve it. Only the following are shown: name, pooja specialisations, years of experience, languages, general service area and availability status. Your phone number, email, address, certificates, reference contact and photo are never published without your separate written consent.
4. Who we share with
- When you book a poojari, we share the booking details (name, phone, date, place, service) with the assigned poojari so they can perform the service.
- When we verify a poojari applicant, we may contact the reference or institution they provided.
- We may disclose information if required by law.
5. How long we keep it
- Booking and enquiry details: up to 2 years, for follow-up and our records.
- Rejected or withdrawn poojari applications: deleted within 6 months.
- Approved poojari details: for as long as they remain in our network, and deleted within 6 months of leaving.
6. Testimonials
We publish a devotee's testimonial, name and town only with their permission. To have a testimonial changed or removed, contact us below.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 7 working days.
